From Frozen: Cut open the top corner of the bag. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power.

Allow to stand for 1 min.
Gently shake the bag and then cook for a further 2 mins. Cut across the top of the bag and pour contents onto a serving plate.
Boil in the bag
Place bag in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40-45 mins until thoroughly heated (ensure pan does not boil dry).
Carefully remove from the boiling water. Cut across the top of the bag and pour the contents onto a serving plate.
